4-frame rotary honey extractor for the "RUT" frame. Stainless steel tank

The 4-frame honey extractor with rotating cassettes is designed to extract honey from opened bee frames of the “Ruth” type. The honey extractor tank is made of a sheet of food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304) with a thickness of 0.5 mm. A stainless tap for draining honey is installed in the lower part of the tank. The rotor is made of stainless steel, the welded cassettes of the honey extractor are made of food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304).
A feature of the honey extractor is that the frame can be pumped out from both sides in turn, without removing the frame from the cassette. The honey extractor has welded cassettes made of a rod with a diameter of 2 and 4 mm. The cassettes are welded in such a way that the plane of the mesh fits tightly to the plane of the frame, thus the frame does not distort in the cassette, which significantly reduces the likelihood of the frames breaking during pumping.
The honey extractor is driven by a worm gear with a gear ratio of 0.39, which is driven by a horizontal handle mounted on the honey extractor bar. The gear housing is made of armamide, the gear and gear wheel are made of steel.
Additionally, the honey extractor can be equipped with a 12-volt worm electric drive, a power supply for the electric drive, stands and covers.
